          Besides the times Elvis was Hospitalized in the Army, and in the 1970's, please provide a MINIMUM of FIVE (specific) medial issues concerning Elvis.
          An example would be "Elvis broke his foot playing football in 1965" (note: DENTAL issues, other than cleaning, are acceptable and an example would be "Elvis knocked out his molar doing dodge-em cars at Liberty Land in 1958"). Yet another example would be "during the movie Flaming Star Elvis busted his head when his Horse threw him". *** Each of these examples never occured as they are just "examples" of the type of answers that are acceptable.
          
             
          
          
            Start working now and have your answers ready to post/respond on August 16, 2009 (sadly the anniversay of Elvis' Passing). Winners will be announced on August 17, 2009.
          
          
             
          
          
            The first FIVE Elvis Fans, that have listed a MINIMUM OF FIVE specific medial issues concerning Elvis that is accurate, will get (2) Two 4x6 RARE Elvis Presley Photos of their choice (note: Maximum listed price of each photo cannot exceed $ 19.95 for each 4x6 photo) or (1) one 8x10. (note: Maximum listed price of each photo cannot exceed $29.95). Winners must provide accurate/complete mailing address (US or International) and all photos will be sent via US Postal Service First Class Mail AND which photo(s) they want including the size.
